Link a computer to the Codeshed app

Make codes on a big screen and keep them in the app on your phone.

Did you scan a link code with your phone’s camera?

Link codes are read by the Codeshed app, not by the camera. Open the Codeshed app, choose Settings → Linked computers → Link a computer, and scan the code on your computer’s screen again.

How linking works

1. On your computer, open codeshed.app and choose Link the Codeshed app.
2. Press Show the link code. The code works for 5 minutes.
3. In the app, choose Settings → Linked computers, scan the code, check the computer’s name and say yes.

Once it’s linked, Save to my app on a finished code sends it to My codes in your app, end-to-end encrypted. With Codeshed Plus, the print workshop, sticker sheets and batches open on the linked computer too, and saved codes can become tracked codes.

No account, password or email is needed. Unlink in the app or on the website at any time; a link also ends after 90 days without use. See the privacy policy for what is sent and kept.
