Accessibility

Last updated: 4 November 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Codeshed. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

• Every screen is designed to work with a keyboard and screen readers.
• Text and controls are designed to meet colour-contrast guidelines, in light and dark mode.
• Previews of your code are described in text.

Known limits

Choosing colours for a code is visual by nature; every colour choice also has a text colour value.
